Creating Change


It's not only possible, but it's also easy!


1. Upon waking every morning I mention 3 things that I'm grateful for.

2. Turn on some music that makes you want to dance.


That's it! These two steps are amazingly powerful and completely free. Now, especially, we need to find the good, the positive, anywhere we can. Starting your day with these two bits of positivity can alter how you view the rest of your day.


Step 1. There are many, many things I'm grateful for but these are at the top of my list: dark chocolate, wine, a good book, art that elicits feelings, and interesting conversations. I could go on and on. Once you start, it's incredible how your mind floods with suggestions, and warmth begins to radiate from your soul. It lightens pressures, soothes jagged edges, and your inner being illuminates with positivity. This process will even affect your outward appearance. People will start asking you if you've changed your hair or lost weight. They will notice something about you has changed but can't quite put their finger on it. It's a lot of fun!


Step 2. The right music can nourish your soul. When you put music on that makes you want to dance, your soul revels in it and takes in all in the high energy vibrations. If you don't live alone, put in some earbuds and dance while you brush your teeth. You will probably have to wash toothpaste foam from your chin, but if you're like me, seeing it will make you giggle.

That's how easy it is. Try it! I bet you will feel different after starting your days these two very simple things. I can't wait to hear about how your life has changed!
